We want you to get the most out of RAI$E, our incredible new loyalty program. As you explore everything that RAI$E has to offer, we'd like to quickly let you in on a few things about your UltimatePoint™ account balance and your current RAI$E Status Level.

YOUR ULTIMATEPOINTS

With the launch of RAI$E comes a revamped point system. In a nutshell, two (2) UltimatePoints™ earned prior to the launch of RAI$E are now worth one (1) NEW UltimatePoint™. Your UltimatePoint™ balance has automatically been converted to the new system. For that reason, you will notice a reduced UltimatePoint™ balance in your account (if you had 100 UltimatePoints™, your new balance will be 50). Since you’ll be able to do more with fewer points, there's no reason to worry.

YOUR CURRENT RAI$E STATUS LEVEL

As you know, there are five levels in the RAI$E program Ultimate Member, Player, Contender, Legend and Icon. To help you get the most out of our new loyalty program right off the bat, your current status level has been determined using the highest number of points you have earned at UltimateBet. For example, if you've earned 500 UltimatePoints™ in your highest point-generating 4-week period, you'll enter the RAI$E program as an Ultimate Contender. Keep playing at that status level and you'll continue to enjoy all of the benefits that come with being an Ultimate Contender.
